Aniimo Season 1 and Season 2: What Is Confirmed

Season 1 has a confirmed end date and a confirmed currency conversion. Season 2 has neither. This page separates the two, lists what is still running, and marks what actually survives the reset.

What season is live right now?

Aniimo is in Season 1, "Departure with the Wind", Part 2. The season launched on 16 September 2026 for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, with mobile following on 23 September. Part 1 began with the mobile launch; Part 2 began with the 29 October maintenance and added the Whisperwake Isles, the level 70 cap, 51 new Aniimo, the Giga-Egg PvP test and the Magical Wonder Night Homeland season.

Official The 51-new-Aniimo figure is the official count for the Part 2 content drop. It is not a total species count, and it should not be added to a community collection total; the official index and community lists count entries by different methods.

Two details are easy to confuse. The season is split into Part 1 and Part 2, but the game does not label either part with a semantic version number in its announcements. Store pages show 1.1.0 build 7 for the Android client on 29 October, while the developer notes call Part 2 "Version 1.1" and the September compensation text also references "version 1.1" for a different update. Treat version numbers as unreliable and use the season labels.

When exactly does Season 1 end?

Two cutoffs share the same date and are easy to conflate:

CutoffTime (UTC+8)What it covers
Season activities10 December 2026, 07:59Season-wide activity track, the Irisalis Legendary Journey, Aniimo Go!, and the season achievement and stamp shop layer
Side events and Homeland10 December 2026, 03:59Night Parade, Tidal Treasures, Whisperwake survey, Magical Wonder Night, ecological survey rounds

These are activity end times, not a confirmed maintenance window. No official post says the servers go down at 03:59 or 07:59, and no Season 2 start time is attached to either cutoff. Plan as if the content disappears at those times, but do not plan a day off around an unannounced maintenance.

One outlier to watch: the third Glamour Star round is listed as 4 December to 11 December, which would run past the season end. Either the listing is a boundary error or that round closes on a different rule; the practical advice is to finish it before 10 December rather than trust the later date.

Is Season 2 officially dated?

No. As of 2 November 2026 there is no Season 2 announcement: no name, no start date, no maintenance window, no new region, and no statement about a season pass. The only official Season 2 references are forward-looking commitments, such as account unlinking being "planned for Season 2" and new phone models being planned for Season 2 support. Neither carries a date.

Three claims circulate and none is confirmed:

  • "Season 2 starts on 10 December." That is the Season 1 end date. A season ending and the next one starting on the same day is plausible, but it is a community inference, not an announcement.
  • "Seasons last 84 days, so the date is fixed." An interview described a 84-day intention and one new region per season. An intention is not a schedule.
  • "The 12 December date comes from a store leak." No store listing or official page supports a second date.

Unverified Until an official post appears, the correct statement is: Season 1 ends at the 10 December 2026 update, and Season 2 is not officially dated. Any page that gives a Season 2 start date without linking an official announcement is guessing.

Which events are live?

The Part 2 event list is long, and several entries have staggered rounds. This is the state on 2 November 2026.

EventWindow (UTC+8)Status

Round-based events restart their progress each time. If a round ends on 6 November, the points you banked do not carry into round two; claim the tier rewards you have already reached. The Giga-Egg PvP end date is explicitly unpublished because the mode is still in test, so do not assume it closes with the season. The Giga-Egg PvP guide covers the mode rules.

What carries over on 10 December?

Season resets are uneven. Some systems wipe, some convert, and some simply persist. The pattern below is the one supported by the official conversion notices plus consistent community reports; the full settlement rule set has never been published in one official document.

SystemAt season endConfidence
Owned Aniimo, items and Held ItemsKeptOfficial and universal
Region badges, Branches, collection progressKeptNo reset rule published
Windborn StampsConverted to CreditsOfficial announcement

Egg Heist talent treeResetCommunity
Egg Heist unclaimed chestsConverted to Shell Coin by mailCommunity

The most important unknown is how many rank steps carry into the next Egg Heist season. The rule says the new starting rank derives from the final rank, but the number of retained sub-ranks has never been confirmed. Spend your last weeks pushing rank only if you enjoy the mode, not because you assume a large carry-over.

Which currencies convert?

Only two conversions are officially documented for this season boundary:

  • Windborn Stamps convert to Credits at 1 to 2,000. This was stated in the Part 2 announcement. Stamps earned from Interlink assist gifts also convert, and that source is reported not to count against the weekly stamp cap.
  • Harvest Moon currencies already converted on 29 October. Moonbeam Wheat, moon-radish seeds and crescent-pepper seeds became Home Coin; Waxing Moondew became Wonder Sugar Crystal. This conversion has already happened, so there is nothing left to spend.

Everything else is either spent inside its own mode or persists. Shell Coin does not convert to Credits, Home Coin does not convert to Credits, and Bud Tickets are furniture currency rather than a season token. The materials and currency page lists what each currency can buy.

Tested in build The practical conversion advice is boring and correct: spend stamps on permanent items before 10 December, because 1 to 2,000 Credits is a poor return compared with a cosmetic or a material you will actually use. Do not hoard a season currency expecting a favorable exchange.

How to plan the last six weeks

From 2 November to 10 December there is time for one full pass through each system, but not two. Sequence it by closing windows:

  1. Before 6 November: finish the first Who's That Aniimo and ecological survey rounds, and claim every reached tier.
  2. Before 13 November: use the free reset window on Tuckin, Panpanta, Sherro, Hexxin, Inferlupa and Ignitis if you invested in them. The window closes at 04:00 and does not return.
  3. Before 7 December: finish the Vein Abundance Part 2 Prismana rotation, including the final week when all four featured species share a map.
  4. Before 10 December, 03:59: claim every event tier, spend stamps, place or skip the season homeland plot, and settle Interlink milestones before the Monday reset that precedes the season end.
  5. After 10 December: assume nothing about Season 2 except that it is unannounced, and keep an eye on the official news channel rather than on datamined dates.

The weekly habits that fit around this are covered on the Holo-Battle page, and the base-side season track is covered on the Homeland and RV page.
