This site respects intellectual property, including the rights of the people who make Aniimo. It publishes original text and original SVG diagrams drawn for its pages, with no third-party screenshots, extracted game assets or watermarked art. A rights holder who believes something here infringes their work can use the process below.
What the site publishes
Every page is written from scratch. The diagrams are functional charts and flow maps in SVG: labelled nodes, arrows and short captions, not reproductions of game art. The site hosts no user uploads, comment images or file library, so there is no account to suspend and no stored upload to delete.
If a diagram reproduces protected expression rather than a functional relationship, that is a mistake. Report it and the publisher will redraw or remove it.
How to submit a notice
Send a notice to yqin1090@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA notice". A valid notice under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) should contain all of the following:
- Identification of the work. The work you say is infringed, with enough detail to identify it: title, description, registration number if any.
- Identification of the material. The exact URL or URLs on this site, specific enough to locate the text or diagram.
- Your contact details. Full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- Good-faith statement. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
- Accuracy statement. A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you own the work or are authorized to act for the owner.
- Signature. Your physical or electronic signature. Typing your full name in the email counts.
An incomplete notice is answered with a request for the missing elements, which delays removal.
What happens after a notice
A notice is acknowledged within five business days. If it is valid and the material clearly infringing, the content is removed or replaced, normally within ten business days. Because the site is static, removal means editing the page, replacing a diagram or taking the page down; the surrounding text is checked for broken references.
Where a notice seems mistaken — for example, because a diagram is an original functional chart — the basis will be explained, but the material will still be removed if the disagreement cannot be resolved.
Counter-notice
If material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address with the subject "DMCA counter-notice". Identify the removed material and its former URL, state under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was mistaken, give your name, address, telephone and email, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address. Sign it.
A valid counter-notice may be forwarded to the complainant. The material may be restored within 10 to 14 business days unless a court action is notified.
Repeat-infringer policy
The publisher removes material in response to valid notices and will not knowingly restore it. Contributors or freelancers who repeatedly submit infringing material will not be used again. The site accepts no user-generated content, so account termination does not apply; if that changes, repeat infringers will lose their accounts.
Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can create liability for damages, including costs and attorney's fees. The same applies to a false counter-notice.
Response timeline
Notices are acknowledged within five business days, Monday to Friday. Valid notices are acted on within ten business days.
