Which currency should you farm first?
Credits, and it is not close. Every other currency is capped, mode-bound, or spent inside one system. Credits pay the three most expensive repeatable sinks in the game at once: evolution stones at 40,000 each, Inheritance at 20,000, and a Potential reset at 200,000 for creatures at level 60 or below. A player who is short on Credits stalls on all three.
Home Coin is the passive second priority. It comes from Homeland orders and co-op store sales rather than combat, so it accumulates while the player does something else. Primegy refills on a clock and needs no farming. Lumin Amber and Vein Essence are threshold resources: farm to a specific number, then stop. Amber stops at 150 for the Plains Branch, Essence stops at the 10-per-week Stamp Shop cap. Shell Coin exists only inside Operation: Egg Heist, and Windborn Stamps are a season sink that stays optional until the 900-stamp Prismana Orb is affordable.
The order changes only when a badge or Branch node is the next gate. Progression gates beat income, and the Branch and Nurture guide covers which node is worth paying for.
What does every currency actually buy?
The table below is the whole economy in one pass. Prices and caps come from the S1 Part 2 client data and the official season notes; anything that rests on a community map or a single datamined table is marked in the confidence column.
| Currency | What it buys | Where it comes from | Cap or limit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Credits | Aniipods and general shop goods, evolution stones at 40,000, Flux Crystal at 48,000, Inheritance at 20,000, Potential reset at 200,000, Hue switches. | Capture reports, Nurture, Alpha kills, Homeland store exchange, Stamp Shop exchange, courses, chests, Holo-Shop exchange, credit half-product crafting, season conversion. | No published holding cap. Holo exchange is 20,000 Credits for 20 training points, up to 50 purchases. |
| Home Coin | RV upgrades, land plots, production facility upgrades, seeds. | Homeland order deliveries; selling Homeland materials at the co-op store. | No published cap. RV20 costs 20,800,000 for that single level; the 2-to-20 total is listed as 74,142,140 by one datamined source. |
| Glimmer | Outpost merchant stock: Primegy x60, Star Dust, Sparkling Crystal, Capafruit, rename cards. | Daily activity tasks, Elite Training, Breezy Plains Branch injection, Alpha kills, quests, courses, Holo-Battle Sim, companion handbook, chests. | No published cap. Maintenance compensation was 500; the premium handbook carries 680. |
| Primegy | 49 crafting recipes, including the Mystery Cube, growth materials, crystal dew and the credit half-product; also pays for double Alpha rewards. | Natural regeneration; Glimmer shop x60; training-material shop battery x60. | Hard cap 300. Plus one every six minutes, about 240 per day naturally; shop stock is 6 units and 2 batteries. |
| Windborn Stamp | Season shop: Prismana Orb 900, Sparkling Cube 500, Flame Armor Dragon Shield 600, accessory packs 540 or 900, skill stones. | Daily activity tasks, stamp rush, season achievements, companion handbook progress. | No holding cap listed. Vein Essence is 10 per week at 50 stamps; the Orb is one per account after 7,000 cumulative stamps spent. |
| Shell Coin | Egg Heist gear, keys at 10,000 to 100,000, chips, amplifiers, Chaos tickets, eggs and talent nodes. | Selling loot inside the Heist and the extraction settlement. | No published cap. Chaos tickets are 20 per day; Master-tier egg boxes are 30 per week. |
| Lumin Amber | Branch levels at 10 Amber each, 30 to unlock Nurture on a Branch, and the gold-badge requirement. | Map pickups, quest rewards, Lumin Markings, first-time Sanctum clears, first-time boss and leader kills. | No cap. The Plains Branch needs 150 for its full track; a gold badge normally costs 5 but varies by region. |
| Vein Essence | Extra Nurture attempts after the free charges, and repair of vein damage. | Stamp Shop, Mysterious Vendor, Elite Training, catch completion, Holo-Battle Interlink, Legendary Investigations, world bosses, Branch nodes, Whisperwake badges. | Stack cap listed as 10,000 by two community data sites, with no official text. Vendor limit is 2 per day; Stamp Shop limit is 10 per week. |
| Paw Coin | Legendary held items at 250 each; Saturday merchant cosmetics. | Saturday giant Aniimo merchant at Astra Plaza. The client file does not enumerate a full source list. | No published cap. Held-item stock is a direct purchase, not a random roll. |
| Voxel Coin | Astra shop stock, accessory packs at 700, Super Lucky Star. | Capture reports, weekly Star City collection, Holo-Battle Interlink, Star Tea Party. | 1,000 per week from reports and tea parties combined. |
Client data Most prices in this table are from datamined item and shop files, not an official price list. Treat them as planning numbers, and confirm the exact figure on the in-game shelf before spending a large balance.
Where does Lumin Amber come from?
Lumin Amber is a map resource. The community-mapped total is 202 pieces across the old continent, split across six routes. The Plains Branch needs 150 of them to reach level 15, so a player who clears every Amber marker finishes the Branch with roughly 50 spare.
| Route | Amber | What the route actually requires |
|---|---|---|
| Field pickups | 102 | Open-world collection; some spawns are weather- or time-gated. |
| Lumin energy quests | 27 | Quest completions across the map. |
| Escaped Amber events | 8 | Chase-and-catch events tied to specific regions. |
| Lumin Markings | 20 | Marked points, including a pair in Whisperwake Isles that belong to the island currency, not this count. |
| Sanctum first clears | 17 | First completion only; repeat runs pay nothing. |
| Boss and leader first kills | 23 | First kill per boss or territory leader only. |
| Mofu's Memories | 5 | Memory sequence completion. |
Community map The 202 count is a community interactive-map total, and a second map publisher lists 139 across four maps. Neither is confirmed by an official atlas, so use 202 as the working figure and do not treat a missing pickup as a bug.
Three uses matter. Each Branch level absorbs 10 Amber, a full Plains Branch is 15 levels, and 30 Amber unlocks Nurture on a Branch. Gold badges normally ask for 5 Amber, but the count varies: Snowridge Meadows needs 3 per community reports, so check the badge page in-game rather than assuming five.
Weather and time gates are the reason Amber routes feel inconsistent. Some pickups only appear in rain, a thunderstorm or snow, and some only at night between 20:00 and 06:00. Others are quest-triggered and hand the Amber over at a different location than the marker suggests.
Whisperwake Isles uses a separate Lumin Amber item for its own Branch. The two are not interchangeable, and the island Branch's total requirement has not been published. Do not carry a Plains farming route across the sea.
How do you get Vein Essence?
Vein Essence is the resource that turns Nurture from a daily ritual into a grind. Free charges recover one per day and store up to three. Every Nurture after those free charges costs 1 Essence, and all blooms share a 25-attempt daily ceiling. That ceiling is community-tested from three sources and is not printed in the official probability page.
| Route | Yield | Limit or condition |
|---|---|---|
| Stamp Shop (Season Hub) | 1 Essence for 50 Windborn Stamps | 10 per week; price and limit confirmed by three sources. |
| Mysterious Vendor | 1 Essence | 210,000 Credits, 2 per day. |
| Elite Training | 2 from the chapter 3 reward | Single-source quantity; course goals mention vein lessons. |
| Regional catch completion | 1 per region milestone | 14 old-continent regions, one-time each. |
| Holo-Battle Interlink | Event reward pool | Channel confirmed; per-cycle quantity unpublished. |
| Legendary Investigations | 1 per roll | Single-source drop table. |
| World boss territories | 1 guaranteed per clear | Seven territories, 10 clears per week in total. |
| Branch level nodes | 1 at L3 and 1 at L12 | Per Branch; the Plains and Whisperwake pages agree. |
| Whisperwake bronze badges | 1 per sub-region | Four sub-regions; badge table is community-sourced. |
Each Nurture stores 480 Prismatic Energy into the region's bar, with a 3 percent chance to trigger Prismana Flow directly. The guaranteed trigger arrives at 10,500 energy. Those three numbers are on the official probability page, which makes Essence the cleanest way to convert Credits into a Prismana attempt. The Prismana hunting guide covers what to do when the bar fills.
The stack cap is listed as 10,000 by two community client-data sites, but no official announcement or manual text confirms it. Treat 10,000 as a planning ceiling, not a rule the game promises to enforce.
Which caps actually reset daily or weekly?
Caps are where most farming plans fail, because Aniimo mixes three different kinds: daily resets, weekly resets, and one-time account limits that never come back.
| Cap | Value | Reset | Confidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nurture attempts across all blooms | 25 per day | Daily | Community |
| Free Nurture charges | 1 per day, stored up to 3 | Daily | Community |
| Mysterious Vendor Essence | 2 purchases | Daily, 04:00 refresh | Client data |
| Mysterious Vendor evolution stones | 5 purchases | Daily | Client data |
| Chaos ticket purchases | 20 per day | Daily | Client data |
| Stamp Shop Essence | 10 per week | Weekly | Three sources |
| World boss Essence | 10 clears per week | Weekly | Client data |
| Omega Glameep chest | 3 per week | Weekly | Client data |
| Holo-Shop credit exchange | 50 purchases total | Never | Client data |
| Vein Essence stack | 10,000 | Never | Community |
The practical reading: daily caps reward a short login, weekly caps reward one longer session, and account limits are the only ones worth planning a shopping order around. Spend the 50 Holo-Shop credit purchases before any other training-point use, because they are the one credit source that disappears permanently when used up.
What should you never sell?
Some of these items may not be sellable at all. The rule still holds for anything the game lets the player convert: the market price never reflects what the item gates.
| Item | Why it is not stock |
|---|---|
| Lumin Amber | Finite map pickups and first-clear rewards feed a 150-point Branch track and gold badges. There is no repeatable source. |
| Vein Essence | It is the only way to exceed the free Nurture charges, and the vendor replacement price is 210,000 Credits. |
| Evolution stones | One per evolution branch, capped at 5 vendor purchases per day. Flux Crystal substitutes at 1:1, but exclusive souls do not. |
| Exclusive evolution items | Unbroken Flameruff Spirit and Stamen of Cubbo's Rose cannot be replaced by Flux Crystal and are tied to one evolution line each. |
| Prismana Orb | One per account from the Stamp Shop, and it only works on a form already unlocked in the Aniimo index. |
| Capafruit | One use per Aniimo, adding +1 to each of the six innate stats. A duplicate creature does not reset the limit. |
| Mark of the Strong | Contracts a Legendary held item and upgrades its core skill; a single contract is listed at 10 Marks. |
| Irisalis Petal | Weekly-limited and required to build Irisalis, the only Legendary species on the current roster. |
| Sparkling Cube | Guarantees a capture with perfect Potential and a Sparkling form; it costs 500 stamps or a 14-day login track. |
Ordinary gathered materials are the opposite case. Coral Branch, for example, sells for 200 Credits and can be farmed up to a 2,000-per-day cap, so surplus beyond an evolution queue is reasonable to sell. The line is simple: if the item unlocks a permanent system, keep it; if it is a renewable input, selling the surplus is fine.
How does the 1:2000 season conversion work?
At the season rollover, leftover Windborn Stamps convert to Credits at 1:2000. Read literally, one stamp becomes 2,000 Credits, and the next season's shop currency is the Windchaser Stamp. The conversion is an official season rule; the next season itself still has no official date, so 10 December 2026 is the end of S1, not a promised S2 launch.
The same reset converts the Harvest Moon season coins and old seeds into Home Coin, and turns Waxing Moondew into Wonder Sugar Crystal for the new mutation exchange. Anything that is not a seasonal token, including Shell Coin, Prismana Shell Shards and collection pieces, stays in the account.
50 stamps buy one Vein Essence at the Stamp Shop. If those stamps convert instead, they produce 100,000 Credits, while the Mysterious Vendor charges 210,000 Credits for the same Essence. Converting is the worse deal whenever Essence is still needed, and buying the Orb at 900 stamps beats letting 1.8 million Credits replace it.
The conversion is a floor, not a goal. It protects a balance from vanishing, but every Stamp Shop item is priced as if the stamp were worth more than its credit conversion. The season roadmap tracks the dated milestones around the 10 December update.
What does a weekly materials routine look like?
A routine that respects the caps is shorter than most players expect. The goal is to touch every reset once, then spend the rest of the session on progression rather than farming.
| Cadence | Do this | Stop when |
|---|---|---|
| Daily | Spend the free Nurture charges first, then Essence only if the region bar is close to a threshold. Buy the two vendor Essence only if Credits are above 420,000. Clear the activity tasks that pay stamps. Collect Homeland orders. | The 25-attempt Nurture cap is reached, or the next bar threshold is still far away. |
| Weekly | Buy the 10 Stamp Shop Essence. Clear the 10 world-boss territories. Open the three Omega Glameep chests. Run one Holo-Battle Interlink rotation. Enter Egg Heist only if Shell Coin is the current need. | All weekly counters are empty and the next upgrade is credit-gated, not material-gated. |
| Season | Push cumulative Stamp Shop spending to 7,000 to unlock the Orb slot, then buy the Orb at 900 and the Sparkling Cube at 500 if the collection needs them. | The account already owns the Orb and the remaining stamps are worth more as Essence than as converted Credits. |
The most common waste is over-farming Amber. A finished Plains Branch needs 150 and a gold badge needs a handful, so a player who keeps sweeping the map after both gates are open is trading exploration time for a currency with no remaining sink. The same logic applies to Essence once a region's Prismana bar is full: extra attempts should go to a different bloom, not into a capped bar.
For the items those materials feed, see the held items and builds guide; for the mode that consumes Shell Coin, see Operation: Egg Heist.
