The nine numeric changes
This is the full list of species whose numbers or skills moved. Everything not in this table is a text or behavior fix, covered further down.
| Species | What changed | Direction |
|---|---|---|
| Blazen | ATK 100 to 90; HP 100 to 112; REGEN 86 to 98 | Trades damage for sustain |
| Hexxin | ATK 88 to 100; skill strength roughly +20% | Clear buff |
| Panpanta | Shield 8% to 11% of max HP | Clear buff |
| Inferlupa | EP cost 20 to 15; cooldown 1s to 20s | Net nerf |
| Sherro | Prismana Slam EP 20 to 15, CD 1s to 10s; Flowing Water Slash CD 5s to 3s | Mixed |
| Lavazar | Fiery Punch EP 10 to 20 | Nerf |
| Waleetle | ATK 114 to 120 | Buff |
| Fenmane | Thunder Imprint 1 to 2 per tick | Clear buff |
| Bailite | Cannon Mode now drains 30 EP progressively on entry | Nerf |
Official All nine rows come from the patch announcement and are stated as absolute values, not percentages. Where a cost and a cooldown moved in opposite directions, both are listed, because the net effect is not obvious from either number alone.
Who actually got better
Hexxin
Twelve base ATK plus roughly 20 percent skill strength is the largest single buff in the patch, and it lands on a species that already had a usable kit. If you were holding a Hexxin and wondering whether to invest, the answer changed on 29 October. It is also on the free reset list, which means you can rebuild it at zero cost if your old points went into the wrong stats.
Panpanta
The shield moved from 8 to 11 percent of max HP. Three points of max HP does not sound like much, but a shield is multiplied by every hit you take during its window, so this compounds in a way a flat HP bump does not. Panpanta also wants both I and J personalities to evolve, so check the panel before you commit.
Waleetle and Fenmane
Waleetle's 114 to 120 ATK is a clean 5 percent, the kind of change that quietly moves a unit one tier. Fenmane's Thunder Imprint going from 1 to 2 per tick is bigger than it reads: any kit that scales on tick count doubles its output. Neither is on the free reset list, so existing investments keep their shape, which is good news if you already built them.
Who actually got worse
Inferlupa
This is the one to read carefully. The EP cost dropped from 20 to 15, which looks like a buff, but the cooldown went from 1 second to 20 seconds. In practice Inferlupa's identity was repeated casting, and 20 seconds removes that entirely. A 5 EP discount does not compensate for losing nineteen seconds of uptime. Bench it until a later patch reverses the cooldown.
Lavazar
Fiery Punch doubled from 10 to 20 EP. Nothing else moved, so this is a pure efficiency loss on its main skill. Lavazar still works, but it now competes for the same shared EP pool with a worse exchange rate.
Bailite
Cannon Mode now drains 30 EP progressively when you enter it. Progressive drain is the harsh version of a cost: you pay while you stay in the mode, not once at the door. Bailite players now need to plan the exit, not just the entry.
The mixed cases
Sherro
Three numbers moved and they disagree with each other. Prismana Slam got cheaper (20 to 15 EP) but much slower (1 to 10 seconds cooldown). Flowing Water Slash got faster (5 to 3 seconds), which partly offsets the Slam change by giving Sherro something to cast in the gap. The net result is a rotation change, not a power change: Sherro is now a Slash-first unit that uses Slam as a window tool.
Blazen
ATK 100 to 90, HP 100 to 112, REGEN 86 to 98. Players read "ATK down" and called it a nerf, but Blazen gained twelve HP and twelve REGEN, which is a substantial survivability swing. The correct read is that Blazen moved from a unit you bring to end fights quickly to a unit you bring to stay in them. It is also the most conspicuous absence from the free reset list, so anyone who built it as a pure damage unit is paying to move those points.
The ten text and bug fixes
The other ten entries do not change a number, so they do not change a fight. They are still worth knowing, because two of them fix things that looked like bugs in normal play.
| Entry | What was fixed | Does it change performance? |
|---|---|---|
| Fragrancier | The marker's display range was narrowed | No; it is a readability fix, not a range buff |
| Rookey | Two separate bug fixes | Yes, but only to restore intended behavior |
| Fulmintis | Enhanced Light Blade now behaves as described | Yes, restores the tooltip behavior |
| Six further entries | Description and behavior corrections | No numeric change listed |
The distinction matters when you read a video summary of the patch. If a species appears in the note but not in the numeric table above, its power did not move. "Got changed" and "got buffed" are not the same sentence.
The free reset window
The patch opened a refund window that runs from 29 October 04:00 to 13 November 04:00. Six species, once per species and form, and the refund returns experience items, Resonance and Star materials, Potential materials and Capafruit uses. It is the full investment, not one band of it.
| Free reset list | Why it looks odd |
|---|---|
| Tuckin, Panpanta, Sherro, Hexxin, Inferlupa, Ignitis | Tuckin and Ignitis got resets without a numeric change, while Blazen, Lavazar, Waleetle, Fenmane and Bailite changed without a reset |
The list is not a mirror of the change table, and guessing from the change table is how players waste a window. If a species is not on the six-name list, you are paying Credits to respec it.
Official Dates, the six names and the refund contents are printed in the announcement. The absence of Blazen is factual, but do not expect an explicit "Blazen is excluded" sentence anywhere.
What to do before 13 November
- Respec your Hexxin. It is both the biggest buff and a free reset. Move the points to the stats the new skill strength scales on.
- Respec your Panpanta if it is a support. The shield went up, so HP and survivability points are now worth more than they were.
- Leave Inferlupa alone. A free reset on a unit whose cooldown went to 20 seconds is a reset you will want to reverse later. Bank it unless you have a specific plan.
- Rebuild Sherro around Flowing Water Slash. It is the skill that got faster, so it is the one that should carry the rotation.
- Do not expect a refund on Blazen, Lavazar, Waleetle, Fenmane or Bailite. Any points you move on those cost 200,000 Credits.
If you are unsure which of your six-name units is worth the effort, the tier list is rebuilt around the post-patch numbers, and the Potential guide explains what the refund actually returns.
